A Troy man who was arrested on charges involving Internet pornography with a child went before a judge Friday morning in Miami County Municipal Court.
Brian Clark, 36, is facing three felony counts of pandering obscenities involving a minor.

According to Troy Police, the child is not a local resident.
Clark remains in the Miami County Jail on a $75,000 cash bond.
Police say the case was referred to them recently by the Internet Crimes Against Children Investigative Unit in Ohio.
