Driver loses control of SUV; Crashes, damages Butler County school

HAMILTON — An SUV crashed and damaged a school in Butler County Thursday afternoon.

Ross Township officers and firefighters were dispatched around 3 p.m. to Ross Intermediate School as school was being let out, according to our news partner WCPO.

The driver lost control of the vehicle and struck the window of the school.

Video from WCPO shows damage to the window of the school where the SUV crashed. School crews were working to clean up the damage.

There was also yellow crime scene tape in the area.

The school will be closed until Monday while the damage is being cleaned up, District Superintendent Chad Konkle told WCPO.

No injuries were reported.
