George Floyd: Police, protesters gathered in downtown Dayton for day 2 of demonstrations

DAYTON — UPDATE @ 8:10 p.m.
Crowds have dispersed as curfew goes in affect for all areas north of Stewart Street, south of the Great Miami River, west of Keowee Street, and east of I-75.
Dump trucks block off Fifth and Wayne streets as well as the U.S. 35 on ramp from Wayne.
