A Pleasant Hill man faced a Magistrate this morning in Miami County Municipal Court in connection with a rash of car break-ins in Troy over the past few weeks.
James LeRoy Oburn, 18, was arraigned on 16 additional charges of theft.
Magistrate Gary Zuhl set Oburn’s cash bond at $160,000. Oburn remains in the Miami County Jail.
Troy police detectives could make more arrests.
Money, electronics and a firearm were stolen from unlocked parked cars in all neighborhoods in Troy between April and mid-May of this year.
