Dozens of concert goers who bought tickets to see Heart in concert at the Fraze last August, may not be getting in the rescheduled show next week, if they don’t have new tickets.
The problem, according to Karen Durham, Fraze General Manager, is people holding tickets from the original show must exchange them for tickets printed with the show’s rescheduled date, June 16. That exchange can only be done by the original purchaser, so people who bought their tickets from a third party can’t exchange them through the Fraze.
News Center 7 Consumer Reporter Rachel Murray talks with Durham, and Kettering Police, explains the process and what to do if you are going to the show. Watch her report in our 5:30 p.m. news today on News Center 7.
