University of Michigan officials scrambled this morning after someone took control of the school’s official football Facebook page.
Several links appeared on the team’s verified page around 3 a.m. Wednesday, prompting responses ranging from outrage to humor.
By 8:30 a.m., the hacked content had been removed and a page administrator informed their followers they were “working diligently to rectify the malicious hacking of affected social media properties.”
No word yet on who might have hacked the page.
