Report: Woman told to clean room, “went crazy”

Jeshonda Carroll, 20, was arrested for felonious assault and misdemeanor domestic violence after an incident in the 100 block of Elwood Dr.

Police were called around 4:30 pm Sunday after Carroll reportedly got upset for being hold to clean her room. The complainant said she “went crazy”, began cursing at him and his wife. She then grabbed a knife from the kitchen and threatened to kill him, according to the report. The man said he got a baseball bat and there was an argument between three people in the home. The nature of their relationship is not described in the police report. Carroll’s daughter told police the man got the bat before Carroll got the knife. The child’s age is not listed.

Carroll reportedly stabbed the knife into the wall of the hallway, causing a cut to her hand. Medics treated her at the scene. She was then taken to Montgomery County jail and booked. She has a court date listed for Monday afternoon, according to online jail records.
