Couple arrested for child endangering during drug raid

A couple was arrested for child endangering during a drug raid on their home in Xenia, according to a police report.

Officers found three children in “deplorable” living conditions and seized suspected empty heroin capsules, along with syringes, pipes, tourniquets and lighters, the report states.

Reggie and Pamela Stills were taken into custody. They are being held on misdemeanor charges in Greene County Jail, but the Xenia police report indicates that officers plan to pursue felony drug charges against them.

Police called Greene County Children Services for the couple’s children, the report states.
