St. Raphael’s cemetery on Lagonda Ave has been hit by vandalisms for years, and now the church and neighbors are asking for help to curb the crimes.
Hundreds of gravestones have been turned over and neighbors say people do drugs and drink alcoholic before they deface the headstones.
