The sun will be out this afternoon and temperatures will be warmer with winds coming out of the south, according to StormCenter 7 Meteorologist Carrieann Marit.
Conditions today will be comfortable with highs in the upper 70s, low humidity and a light breeze.
“We will have a high UV index today so for everyone who has plans outside will want to apply sunscreen,” Marit said.
Sunday: Highs will be near 80 as a southerly flow will bring in even warmer air and more humidity. There will be partly cloudy skies with a passing shower or storm possible after sunset.
Tonight will be mild and quiet with temps dropping into the mid 50s.
Monday: Memorial Day will be warm and humid with highs in the low 80s.
“Much of the day will be dry with a few pop-up showers or thunderstorms possible mainly in the afternoon,” Marit said.
Tuesday: A shower or thunderstorm will be possible in the afternoon with highs near 80.
Wednesday: We will be entering a more unsettled weather pattern. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected in the afternoon and evening with highs in the low 80s.
