Yankees to place Aaron Judge on IL with toe injury

Aaron Judge is headed to the injured list, interrupting another season in which he is showing MVP form for the New York Yankees.

Yankees manager Aaron Boone told reporters after Tuesday's game the slugger will be placed on the 10-day injured list due to a bruise and strain in a ligament in his big right toe, according to Brendan Kuty of The Athletics.
