The Missing Adult Alert for Ralph Phillips has been canceled.
Ralph Phillips was found and safely returned to his residence according to Huber Heights dispatch.
The Huber Heights Police Department has issued a Missing Endangered Adult Alert for a man last seen driving away from his home at 10:30 a.m. on June 28.

Ralph Phillips, 83, is a white male. He is 5 foot 10 inches tall, 190 pounds, and was last seen wearing a blue, white and green striped shirt.
Phillips also suffers from memory loss.
He was driving a white 2016 Toyota Camry with Ohio plate number GVB7180.
