During Nesmith’s arraignment, the judge said the defendant had been released from prison after serving time for an attempted murder charge, including robbery, assault, and other pending out-of-state charges.

A Hamilton County judge says Nesmith is a Bronx native and has an extensive criminal history in New York.

Nesmith will be back in court later this month and is being held on a $20,000 bond, according to court documents.
