Peter David Ziemba, 43, was indicted last month on several criminal charges including reckless homicide, involuntary manslaughter, corrupting another with drugs, and other charges, according to court records.

Ziemba was scheduled for arraignment Thursday morning in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, but he didn’t show up, court officials said.

The victim, Robert Korn, 31, of Miamisburg, died Jan. 18, 2018, at a home on Rising Spring Court in Washington Twp. from multiple drug intoxication and his death was ruled an accident, according to the Montgomery Coroner’s Office.

A toxicology report found carfentanyl, fentanyl, cocaine and other drugs were in Korn’s system when he died, a coroner’s office official said.

A judge did set bond at $100,000 in the case and an arrest warrant was issued for Ziemba.
