DAYTON — A 21-year-old is facing felony charges after police said he shot a man who was trying to sell an Xbox system, according to court records.
Aric Roebuck Jr, 21, is charged with felonious assault and aggravated robbery for the shooting on Eleanor Avenue Dec. 23.

The shooting happened around 6:20 p.m. after police said the victim was attempting to sell an Xbox to a person he didn’t know.
“Roebuck arrived and robbed (the victim) at gunpoint for the Xbox,” a court affidavit said. “During the robbery Roebuck fire rounds at (the victim) striking him in the body.”
The victim, who is a valid CCW carrier, shot back at Roebuck hitting him.

Police said Roebuck left the scene with the Xbox, but ended up finding both the victim and Roebuck in the same block of Eleanor.
The condition of the victim was not immediately released.
