Traffic stop leads drug arrest in Butler County

FAIRFIELD — A Hilliard man is facing felony charges after deputies discovered drugs in his vehicle during a traffic stop.

According to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office, deputies conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of State Route 4 and Boymel Dr. in Fairfield.

Deputies searched the vehicle and discovered a kilo of Fentanyl. They did not say what led to the search of Casilles’ vehicle.

Deputies arrested Adrian Casilles, 25, and charged him with possession of drugs and trafficking.
