The Greene County Regional SWAT team arrested Andrew Lott and Nicole Keeton during today’s stings. Officers were originally sent to Stevenson Road in Xenia and after clearing that property they moved to another Xenia property on W. Richard Drive where they found Lott and Keeton.
Lott had an active arrest warrant for a felony weapons violation and Keeton also had warrants for her arrest. On Wednesday Lott was observed by a law enforcement officer driving a vehicle and he fled from officers causing them to end the chase for safety concerns.
UPDATE @ 11:35 a.m.
Greene County Sheriff’s Office received information that a person wanted for felony weapons violations was located at an address on Stevenson Road, said Capt. Steve Lane of the Xenia Police Division.
After obtaining a search warrant, Greene County Regional SWAT, Greene County Sheriff’s deputies and Xenia police went to the residentce to serve the search warrant, Lane said.
Law enforcement officers determined the person was no longer in the residence.
“At this point we are continuing to investigate and seek his whereabouts,” Lane said.
Lane confirmed residents should not be concerned or worried.
“There’s no reason to believe he’s in this area any longer,” Lane said.

The Stevenson Road standoff in Xenia has ended.
The house was reportedly empty, according to sources.

Multiple law enforcement agencies including the Greene County Regional SWAT continue to surround a home on Stevenson Road, as a standoff with a wanted person continues.
Initial reports from the scene indicate crews have deployed tear gas canisters and a robot to enter the home.
Additional details remain unavailable.

The Xenia Police Division, Greene County Sheriff’s Office, and the Greene County Regional SWAT have surrounded a home on Stevenson Road in an attempt to locate a wanted person believed to be at the house.
Investigators said an individual who is believed to be at the house is wanted on felony charges for weapons violations. The wanted person, who investigators did not immediately identify, has recently fled from law enforcement multiple times.
In addition to attempting to locate the wanted person, police, deputies, and SWAT are working to execute a search warrant at the house.
Wilberforce University and Central State University, located within a few miles of the standoff, have been notified of the situation, but are not on lockdown according to investigators.
Scanner traffic from the scene indicates SWAT has deployed tear gas canisters into the house before 6 a.m.

We’re working to learn more about police activity on Stevenson Road in Greene County.
SWAT members and deputies have surrounded a house on Stevenson Road north of Silvers Drive.
According to scanner traffic, negotiators are giving commands to the occupants to come out of the home and deputies have a warrant for their arrests.
Deputies have been in the area “for most of the night,” according to a dispatcher, but details surrounding the investigation were not immediately available.
