A Springfield law firm has sued the former president of Wittenberg University, alleging she damaged the firm’s reputation by describing the legal services they provided as “unethical” and “illegal.”
Wittenberg filed a lawsuit in early 2015 against Martin, Browne, Hull and Harper, arguing its attorneys withheld information and created conflicts of interest that led to real estate transactions that damaged the school’s finances.
