RV fire on I-70 blocks right lane in Huber Heights

HUBER HEIGHTS — The right lane of I-70 westbound in Huber Heights is closed after an RV caught fire Sunday morning.

Crews were dispatched to the fire near exit 38 just before 9:45 a.m.

Huber Heights police on scene told News Center 7 that a blown tire likely created sparks that caused something on the RV to catch fire.

It is unclear if there were any injuries at this time.

Police say that the RV is now deemed a total loss due to the damage.
