Police: Driver pulls out in front of RTA bus, causes crash in Dayton

A car pulled out in front of an RTA bus, causing a two-vehicle crash late Tuesday night in Dayton.

The driver, a woman, will be cited for failure to yield right of way, Dayton police said following the collision reported just before 11:25 p.m. on East Third Street near North Philadelphia Street.

There were six passengers plus the driver aboard the RTA bus, but no one was hurt, police said.

The woman was taken to Miami Valley Hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
