Robber who attacked Hollywood Gaming racino customer sentenced

The man who robbed and attacked a 63-year-old woman outside the Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway last year was sentenced in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court this morning.

Nathan Griffith was sentenced to intensive probation for at least five years and must attend a drug treatment program at Project Cure, a non-profit drug rehabilitation program, according to court records.

The court ruled that if Griffith violates his probation that he could be subject to eight years in prison.

In addition, Griffith was ordered to pay restitution to the victim, serve 40 hours of community service and participate at Goodwill to get a job.
