A man caught with a syringe and spoon in his pocket was reportedly mowing the wrong person’s grass and made sexual gestures while cutting the lawn, according to a Dayton police report.

Officers responded to the 300 block of Nassau Street around 1 p.m. Sunday.

“Upon arrival we found a male, who identified himself as Michael Horn, making weird movements on top of the lawnmower,” the report read.

The caller told police Horn was not known to her and he was “rolling over in the grass, making sexual gestures,” according to the report.

The report said Horn had borrowed the mower from someone down the street, but he mistakenly mowed the wrong lawn.

During their investigation, police found that Horn also had a probation violation warrant in Beavercreek.

Horn was issued a summons for the possession of a drug abuse instrument after the syringe and spoon was found during his arrest, the report said.
