Repairs on 2 State Routes in Preble Co. begins today

PREBLE COUNTY — Starting today, the Ohio Department of Transportation will be conducting repairs to State Routes 177 and 725, with lane restrictions expected.

ODOT will be removing raised pavement markers and markings on S.R. 177 between the Butler/Preble County line and the Indiana State line.

Then on S.R. 725, crews will also be removing the raised markers between Indiana and the western corporation limit of the village of Camden.

According to a release, the work being done is in preparation for pavement repairs and chip-seal paving on both routes.

During the project, traffic will be directed by flaggers daily from around 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
