The crash was reported on the ramp around 8 a.m.

Ohio Department of Transportation crews remain on the scene repairing a section of guardrail that was damaged in the crash.

The crash split the cargo area of the box truck, spilling several items onto the highway. The crash and cleanup blocked the left lane of the ramp, but the right lane remained open.

An estimated time for the ramp to fully reopen was not known.

State troopers said the driver will likely face a citation for the crash.
