SPRINGFIELD — A trooper from the Springfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol was involved in a crash in Springfield.

A motorist made an illegal turn left across multiple lanes of travel and struck the trooper’s cruiser, according to social media.
Dashcam video shows the moment it happened on Columbia Street in Springfield on April 23.
The car was not in a turn lane.
The driver got a ticket.
