Ohio Amber Alert cancelled, children located

UPDATE @ 1:50 p.m.:

According to the Ohio Amber Alert website both missing children have been located and the Amber Alert has been cancelled. We are working to learn more regarding what prompted the alert and will bring you the latest information.

FIRST REPORT

An Amber Alert has been issued out of Lake County near Cleveland for two children believed to have been abducted by a 24-year-old man, according to the Amber Alert website.

Authorities are searching for Raven Brisco, 3, and she was last seen in a gray jogging suit and black tennis shoes.  Gavin Trailer, 5, was last seen wearing a black jogging suit, blue and gray hoodie and black and white tennis shoes.

The suspect, Clarence Davis, 24, who is not the father of the children, is approximately 5-foot-9, 255 pounds, wearing a white t-shirt, green shorts, black shoes and a military wrist band.

Police are searching for a dark blue 2013 Hyundai Sonata with Ohio plate GWS5908.

It’s possible Davis may be armed, according to authorities.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call police.
