Witnesses: Car crashes into house, 2 on the run

Dayton Police officers and a tow truck were dispatched around 3:14 p.m. to the 2300 block of South Smithville on initial reports of a car into a house, according to initial scanner traffic.

Officers told News Center 7 on scene they are investigating it as a hit-and-run crash.

Witnesses tell police they reported seeing a driver and passenger leaving the scene from the white car.

No injuries were reported.
