TROY — News Center 7's Steve Baker is celebrating half a century as a journalist, and almost 40 years with WHIO.
In a post on his Facebook page, Baker said that he started his career at WPTW AM and FM in Piqua on Valentine’s Day in 1970.
Baker has been with News Center 7 since 1983 and has been the northern bureau reporter since 1987.
