“I’m just thankful and overwhelmed to be a part of history and be the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court General Division’s first African-American male to hopefully hold this seat.”
When Parker was elected in November, he said, “I’m just thankful that the people of Montgomery County saw me as who I was and how I can help the community and knew that our court needed to be diverse and get younger.
Parker comes from county Juvenile Court, where he was a magistrate.
