Miamisburg man pleads guilty in child sex case

A Miamisburg man who pleaded guilty to reduced charges in a sex case involving a 7-year-old girl has been sentenced to three years in prison.

Clifton Dailey, 22, was sentenced Wednesday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

Last year, Dailey was accused of having sexual contact with a 7-year-old girl at St. Jacob Lutheran Church in Miamisburg.

Before his trial, Dailey accepted a plea deal.

He was indicted in 2012 for gross sexual imposition and kidnapping. As part of the plea, the gross sexual imposition charge was dropped.

Dailey will be give 358 days of credit for time served. He will be designated a Tier III sex offender and has to register his address with authorities every 90 days for the rest of his life.
