Miamisburg City Council on Tuesday night voted to go ahead on the repair of the Ninth Street bridge.
The span is structurally deficient, city officials told WHIO-TV's Sean Cudahy on Tuesday night.

Work on the bridge is scheduled to being in 2021.
The city will pay more than $168,000 for the project plan and part of the overall construction costs. The federal government is footing the bill for most of the work.
