MIAMI COUNTY — One person is injured after a head-on crash closed state Route 41 at Martin Road northwest of Troy in Miami County Monday afternoon.

The driver of a van was injured and taken to Miami Valley Hospital by CareFlight. It is not clear the status of their injuries.
The driver of the truck was not injured.
The van reportedly went left of center, crashing head-on into a pickup truck.
The crash was reported at the intersection of state Route 41 and Martin Road, between Troy and Covington, around 3:50 p.m.
Initial reports indicated at least one person was trapped.
The Miami County Sheriff’s Office in investing.
