A woman told investigators that Schneider, whom she identified as her boyfriend, threatened to kill her and another person, according to a Dayton police report.

He is accused of setting a house fire reported around 1:20 p.m. Feb. 9 in the 1300 block of Arbor Avenue in Dayton. Investigators found a gasoline can believed to be used as an accelerant, Dayton District Fire Chief Barry Baldwin said at the time.

Schneider has been held in the Montgomery County Jail since his Feb. 9 arrest.
