The Fairfield Township Police Department announced Friday that a Fairfield man has been charged in connection with the theft of a trailer belonging to a Boy Scout Troop.
Christopher A. Monroe, 37, was charged with grand theft, breaking and entering, and two counts of receiving stolen property.
According to the release from the Fairfield Township police, the Boy Scout Troop leader reported the trailer stolen on Feb. 11th from the Redeemer Church parking lot on the 3000 block of Hamilton Middletown Rd. in Fairfield Twp.
The trailer was later found in a storage facility on the 4100 block of Tylersville Rd., along with two other trailers reported stolen out of Miami Township.
Monroe is now in the Butler County Jail after these charges, along with multiple charges out of Fairfield Municipal Court.
