KETTERING — The SICSA animal adoption center located on Wilmington Pike is holding a clean cuddle campaign in order to raise funds for expansions, allowing them to house more animals.
[ Pet adoption event in Kettering this Saturday ]
SICSA cares for more than 1600 homeless pets every year and they provide each pet with a continuous rotation of fresh, laundered material for blankets, towels, bedding and toys to help them be as comfortable as possible.
Their new facility will allow for a 73% increase in capacity for both dogs and cats which means a 73% increase in laundry.
Thanks to a generous donor, they have received a matching offer for their Clean Cuddle Campaign, which ends Sunday, March 31. All donations will be doubled by the matching offer. The funds raised will be used to purchase a new washer and dryer.
