MASON — WinterFest at Kings Island will be closed on Friday, December 23, due to the expected winter storm.
The upcoming storm is expected to bring unsafe temperatures to the area and gusty winds, and for those reasons, the park will be closed, according to a release from park officials.

The park is scheduled to be open tonight, Thursday night, and then re-open on Monday, December 26.
Officials say guests with tickets for Friday may use it any other day the park is open through December 31.
