Illness has forced the Miami Valley Academies in Moraine to close today and Friday.
The school announced the closure via Facebook, posted just before 2 p.m. Wednesday.
The school did not disclose the percentage of students or staff members who were absent from school due to illness over the last few days.

“Over this extended break, please rest and recuperate from any lingering illnesses. We look forward to seeing a bright and healthy group of students and teachers on January 17th.”
The school said they were already closed on Monday, January 16 for observation of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
