CLAYTON — Crews have re-opened Interstate 70 westbound near state Route 48 after a disabled vehicle shut down all lanes.

Initial reports indicate a semi trailer was fully engulfed causing the backup.
We are unsure if anyone was injured and we are working to learn what caused the fire.
