The man who kept West Carrollton police at bay during a standoff this morning has been booked into the Montgomery County Jail on suspicion of inducing panic.
John F. Martin, 52, has not yet been formerly charged after his arrest this morning in the 1200 block of Mayrose Drive.
Police said the suspect who prompted a SWAT call-out was allegedly threatening harm to himself and others.

A man has surrendered peacefully after a nearly four-hour standoff with police in West Carrollton.
The man was making threats to harm himself or others when police were called to the home shortly after 4 a.m., according to West Carrollton Police Chief David Wessling.
A female was in the home but got out before officers arrived. The man refused to come out and SWAT officers were called. SWAT was able to talk to the man on the telephone and he agreed to come out of the house without a fight.
Charges are pending and the man’s identity has not been released.

Our crew has been asked to remain away from the scene, but can see police blocking the area of Bishop and Primrose drives.
Details about the incident are unavailable and a call to a West Carrollton police supervisor has not been returned.
