At least two people were taken to Atrium Medical Center following a head-on collision in Carlisle in the 8200 block of Franklin Trenton Road.
The Ohio Highway Patrol responded shortly after 7 p.m. and found two vehicles heavily damaged.
Two life squads responded to the scene and at least two people were injured and taken to the Middletown hospital, according to the OHP Lebanon Post.
The injuries were not considered life threatening.
