BEAVERCREEK — UPDATE @ 6:45 a.m.:
The vehicle fire on Pennywood Drive is out, according to our first responder on the scene, who reported that the fire was confined to the truck and did not affect the house.
Fire crews have cleared the scene of the fire, our responder said.
Beavercreek fire crews are on the scene of a fire in the 4200 block of Pennywood Drive.
INITIAL REPORT:
Scanner traffic indicated that a caller reported a truck on fire in their neighbor’s driveway at around 6 a.m.
While crews were on their way, reports began to come in of an explosion noise in the area, according to scanner traffic.
