MONTGOMERY COUNTY — New cruiser camera footage shows what led troopers to arresting a woman and man after a high-speed pursuit on I-75 ended last week in southern Montgomery County.

The chase ended around 8:40 a.m. on northbound I-75 between State Route 725 and Dixie Drive.

Cruiser camera footage obtained by News Center 7 this week shows the chase starting near the Monroe exit.

The car was stolen and troopers ended up finding a small about of drug material in the car, according to Lt. Matt Schmenk with the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Troopers arrested Khari Frazier, of Nashville, on charges of failure to comply and receiving stolen property. The passenger, Aaron Rhodes, of Dayton, was cited for possession of marijuana and was taken to jail for outstanding warrants.

Troopers said Frazier was spotted speeding on the highway and when the trooper tried to stop her she didn’t stop.

According to emergency dispatch traffic, speeds during the pursuit were around 120 mph.

“The speeds were fairly high,” Schmenk said.

Schmenk said Frazier eventually just pulled over.
