Evenflo has agreed to keep its headquarters in Miamisburg.
The agreement secures the company’s 130 jobs at the 225 Byers Road location for five years and helps solidify Evenflo’s presence in southwest Ohio, a company executive said this morning.
Evenflo’s future in Miamisburg has been in question for months following the infant care products manufacturer being purchased by Goodbaby International in 2014.
Both Evenflo and Goodbaby officials signed off on the deal last month, said Bill Gross, Evenflo executive vice president and general counsel.
