A 14-year-old is back at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital after she was taken from the hospital against medical advice Monday, promoting an Endangered Missing Child Advisory to be issued.
Law enforcement says Ja-Nialah Tolbert was taken from the hospital against doctor’s orders. Her condition is considered life threatening.
Tolbert was brought back to the hospital around 1 p.m. Tuesday and is in good condition, according to our partners at WCPO. Police and prosecutors are discussing possible charges.
