ELDORADO, Preble County — A familiar face has returned to take the helm of the Eldorado Fire Department.
The village council Wednesday night swore in Marlon Hart following the resignations of seven firefighters, including the chief, to be effective Jan. 31.

Hart previously served as chief of the volunteer department, Mayor Tiana White said.
With Hart, the fire department has a roster of five members, she said.
