Dad takes to Facebook after son’s OD

A local father takes to Facebook after his 20-year-old son died of a drug overdose last weekend.

Mike Stollings, of Englewood, posted a photo of his son’s body at the funeral home. The picture has been shared more than 1,000 times.

Stollings said he hopes sharing his son’s story can change other people’s lives.

He said he did it out of grief and guilt, and a feeling that it is his fault his son is dead.

“I’ll spend the rest of my days on this earth racking my brain trying to figure out what I should have done differently,” he said.

His son, Jeramie Ratliff, leaves behind a 10-month-old son.
