DAYTON — The City of Dayton Department of Recreation is hosting the “Fall Harvest Festival,” a drive-thru alternative to traditional trick-or-treating this Halloween.
The event will take place at 444 North Bend Blvd., just north of downtown Dayton on today, Oct. 31, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Visitor vehicles will cruise along a haunted Halloween lane, and treats will be provided while supplies last, according to a release. Children must be present to receive candy.
Rainy weather will not cancel the event, organizers said.
Vehicles can join the lineup from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. You can enter from Helena Street, according to a release.
