UPDATE @ 5:30 p.m.:
State Route 725 has reopened after a two-vehicle accident shut down the road in all directions.
At least one person was transported to an area hospital via CareFlight, according to Montgomery County dispatch.
The status injuries is not clear.
INITIAL REPORT:
CareFlight is en route to a two-vehicle accident on State Route 725 at South Preble County Line Road, according to Montgomery County dispatch.
The incident was reported at 3:11 p.m. and a second medic was requested.
The road is currently shut down in all directions, dispatch said.
The cause and any injuries are unknown at this time.
