WEST CHESTER TWP. — Three people died from their injuries after a mobile home caught fire in West Chester Twp. early Tuesday morning, according to our news partners at WCPO-TV in Cincinnati.

The fire was discovered by a police officer who saw smoke coming from the Princeton Crossing mobile home park, near state Route 747 and Port Union Rialto Road around midnight, the station reported. While police investigated the source of the smoke they found the mobile home on fire and called firefighters to respond.
Firefighters found three people were trapped inside the home and rescued them from the trailer. CPR was performed on the victims before they were taken to area hospitals however all three victims later died from their injuries.
The names of the victims killed have not been released.
One firefighter battling the blaze was also taken to an area hospital for treatment of heat exhaustion.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
