11th Annual Día de los Muertos Parade to take place in Oregon District today

DAYTON — Today the community is invited to celebrate the Dia De Muertos with a parade and other festivities in the Oregon District.

Starting at noon, people will be able to gather across from the Dublin Pub to enjoy face painting, food trucks, and live music from local artists.

The parade will kick off at 2:00 p.m. and travel from the Oregon District to the Library on East Third Street.

There will be altars set up at the library to celebrate loved ones, activities for kids, and a concert by award-winning Indigenous singer/songwriter Raye Zaragoza.
